We offer worldwide shipping from our U.S. facility. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, undamaged timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please ensure the watch is in the same condition you received it, with protective stickers intact and all accessories included.

Every watch is covered by our industry-leading five-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If the movement has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. The warranty covers the movement only and does not apply to damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized servicing, or opening the case back outside of an authorized center. Please keep your proof of purchase and register your watch to activate the full warranty.
